4th Congressional District GOP Email Convention, Monday, April 27 at 6:30-8:30 p.m.  All voting will be done by email and must be accomplished between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m.  Voting will be done by the delegates who were elected at the 2019 Spartanburg Convention who respond to the SC GOP Call to Convention email and register online by April 25th.  At this email Convention, delegates will elect delegates to the 2020 Republican National Convention AND the new Chairman of the 4th Congressional District, as well the 1st Vice Chair and Secretary/Treasurer, for the next 4 years.
